During community time this week Nursery through second grade students played Halloween Bingo! Nursery students partnered up with our friends in second grade.
Instead of pumpkin carving, we made a pumpkin volcano! we still cut a lid and explored the seeds and guts of the pumpkin; some of us were not eager to feel the pumpkin slime. Once our pumpkin was all cleaned out, we added some baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Within seconds our pumpkin was erupting!
The Halloween Mission party and parade were great fun! Mrs. Morgan, Mrs. Festa and I wanted to enjoy the time with the children so I do not have many pictures. If you captured any of the day please share:-)
I hope everyone had an opportunity to shop the book fair. Thank you to all who added to our classroom library!
