Happy Earth Day!

 We took a walk this week to see all the beautiful things that we could find in nature.  Below is a list of what we were searching for.

We even saw a few bunnies!

Book orders are due by May 5th.  Our online ordering code is RJ26P.  This is our final book order for the school year.




Any parent that would like to be a mystery reader please let me know.  We welcome guests to come in and read a special or favorite book to us.


Our Early Childhood celebration will take place on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019.  The celebration will begin at 8:30 am. 

***We will be practicing every morning, please do your best to get your child to school on time.

April 15th - April 18th

Our week began with an Easter egg hunt during community time.  We had a great time hunting for eggs!  Thank you to Mrs. Mosser and Mrs. Mueller for organizing it.  And thanks to our middle school friends who offered a helping hand :-)

This week we welcomed Mrs. DeMalta and Jake, Chase's mom and brother as mystery readers.  Thank you so much for sharing your book with us. 

Your children did an amazing job at the prayer service!  I am so very proud of them.  Thank you for taking time out of your day to be part of this special occasion.

April 8th - April 12th

We were so excited to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and play with our friends!

We have been practicing so hard for our prayer service next week. The Early Childhood prayer service is on Thursday, April 18th at 8:15.  Please make every effort to have your child to school on time.  All are welcome to attend :-)

It was so great to meet with all of you this week.  Thank you for sharing your children with us.

Many of you asked at conferences things that can be done at home.  Here are a few suggestions of fun things to do with your child.

1. Trace letters
2. Do puzzles
3. Match shapes
4. Play bingo
5. Play throwing games
6. Build with blocks or legos
7. Notice nature
8. READ
9. PLAY
10. Have a dance party

April 1st - April 5th

Welcome back!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Spring break!

We really enjoyed some of the nice weather and warmer temperatures this week.  It was so nice to get outside and play!  We took a walk around the neighborhood to find signs of Spring.  We saw birds, bunnies, squirrels, and blooming flowers.  Some flowers we saw were tulips, hyacinth, and  our favorite, buttercups.  

We picked a few buttercups to see who likes butter!;-)

In preparation for Spring and Easter, bunnies and butterflies were our art projects this week.  We had so much fun creating authentic work.
