Children need to be active throughout their day; promoting out door play allows them to get fresh air and explore their environment. Outdoor play helps to improve a child's physical development.  Physical activity aides in growth, coordination and the movement of the body.  When children play outside they increase their ability to balance, jump, climb, throw, run and skip.

We are always so excited when we get extended time to run, jump and climb outside.
